  Either move into a 3rd floor apartment or stay away. I asked the lady from the office if you can hear people walk around and she said no... The girl above me stomps around like an elephant until 3 am and I can feel whatever I'm sitting on shake. I have to keep the stove exhaust or bathroom exhaust on at all times to try and drown it out, it is an absolute nightmare and I cannot wait to move. I can hear her boyfriend's conversation and make out what he says. I can hear the guy below me sing. If you decide to move in, enjoy.

  I am not one to post good or bad reviews, but we had an awful experience toward the end of our stay here. They forced us to move out a month early because of something on their end. Our apartment was inhabitable and they did not, would not do anything about it. We are military and have stayed in several apartments across the country and never had an issue like this. We had to duct tape our windows, doors, and vents. Could not use our AC nor cook or sleep there because of bugs. They refused to spray or fix the issue. It was horrendous. They were in our food pantry and coming out of outlets and every little crevice. The ladies in the office were rude even when I was in tears they just walked out of the room. I DO not recommend them nor will the base because they took them off of their referral list.

  These are the nicest apartments that I have ever lived in. The staff answers service requests quickly. The apartments are beautiful. The company has turned these apartments into the best place to live on the coast. I am looking to buy a house within the next year, but will miss the sheer luxury of living here. Super impressed.
